Deadlines

• The 15th of June, for Full Year and Autumn Semester students.

• The 1st of December, for Spring Semester students.

EETAC operates an academic year, with two semesters.

• Autumn semester (QT): from middle of September to end of January (including examination periods).

• Spring semester (QP): from middle of February to end of June (including examination periods).

Required documentation

At this moment, we use an on-line application. Students have to register in the website for exchange students here. Then they have to fill in the application form.

They must select studies of interest and include also:

1.    The learning agreement. You can find the EETAC’s model

2.    The curriculum

3.    The transcript of records

4.    The letter of motivation

5.     A copy of the passport, if it is possible.

When the application is finished is very important to press “Send request” because otherwise the application can’t be resolved. The student can see a “pdf” document with all details. This document must be signed by the student and the Erasmus coordinator.

We have two different periods of registration in the online application.

• Autumn semester (QT): Begin the 15th of April and finish the 15th of June 2012.

• Spring semester (QP): Begin the 1st of October and finish the 1st of December 2012.

Accomodation

In the Campus Baix Llobregat you can find a residence. You have to apply in the website: http://www.resa.es/eng/Residences/Pius-Font-i-Quer-Accommodations

The original documentation must be send with 2 passport photos by post mail to the following address:Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – Escola d’Enginyeria de Telecomunicació i Aeronàutica de Castelldefels.
